Zusslin Chasselas Wolfhag 2022
Easily one of our fav wines of the year, Chasselas, a little-known grape, can produce totally evocative wines at its best. This is a cracking example - rich palate filled with quince and slate, with a hint of salinity to wrap it all up from wonderful Biodynamic growers in Alsace.
