'Tarentaal Kwaal, Afrikaans for Guineafowl, is bush-vine Swartland Mourvèdre planted in 2001. Whole bunch fermented, the élevage remains like that of the Grenache. Liquorice root, blackcurrant, mulberry, cherry sourness, violet florals, orange peel and clove.
