Vincent Paris is a producer we love here, classic Cornas from a vineyard at a 30% gradient.. Brooding dark fruits, pepper & spice. Only aged for 3 months in old oak so the fruit is pure and the minerality from the Granitic soils keeps it all in check, delicious and warming without being too polished.
