Domaine Ponty L'Éclairée 2025
Basically, a Bordeaux Claret: Merlot, made into a light wine with a touch of Colombard, a white grape variety. The result is difficult to classify, neither truly red, nor truly rosé. On the nose, it's very expressive, with notes of strawberry and fresh fruit, with an almost candy-like quality.
On the palate, it's lively, taut, with a lot of freshness and real energy. Drink lightly chilled!
