David Silva's (ex Man-City footballer) new project headed up by winemaker Jonathan Garcia of Suertes del Marques. 6 hectares of old vines in Gran Canaria, located 600-700m above sea level and planted with local varieties on the volcanic soils, the farming is organic and the winemaking very hands off, letting the wines express their terroir. Crisp, fresh and exciting, this Marmajuelo has a beautiful aroma and texture with notes of apricot, orange, passion fruit, lime and rose petal.  Distinctive, different, and complex, stunning now and will get better in bottle!
