Alain Graillot, Crozes Hermitage 2021
One of the truly great names of the Northern Rhone, this is Syrah framed beautifully! Intense black fruit bouquet and plump palate of dark, hedgerow berries, a good palate-cleansing acidity and fine-grained tannins make this a real classy bottle of wine as one would expect from Graillot, drinking well now but will cellar very nicely indeed!
